Cash on delivery is when a buyer pays for goods or services once they are received. Cash in advance, on the other hand, is when payment is made before the goods
1. Workflow
- User select a listing for booking on the mobile app
- On the step Payment, select Cash On Delivery payment method and clicks a Next button for process payment
- The booking will be autocompleted save with status Pending
- Admin can review booking and confirm then status status to Completed or Canceled
Reviews your booking on the mobile app
- Login the mobile app with your account
- Select the navigation Account > My Booking
- From the booking list, select a booking for see it in detail
Reviews your booking on the WordPress CMS backend
- Login the WordPress CMS with admin account
- Select the menu Booking from the left menu
- From the booking list, select a booking for see it in detail
- Admin can change status to other like: Completed, Canceled or Failed … and also can change booking information too.
2. Settings
Enable Cash on Delivery
Check the setting from the WordPress CMS menu Listar > Settings > Payment > Cash and enable this option
