Bank Transfer

Bank transfer (or wire transfer) is a payment method that allows consumers to transfer money to a bank account around the world. The consumer is provided with a unique reference number and details of the bank account where they can make their payment.

1. Workflow

  • User select a listing for booking on the mobile app
  • On the step Payment, select Bank transfer payment method and clicks a Next button for process payment. User also can see details of the bank account where they can make their payment.
  • The booking will be autocompleted save with status Pending
  • Admin can review booking and confirm then status status to Completed or Canceled after user have processed transfer money

Reviews your booking on the mobile app

  • Login the mobile app with your account
  • Select the navigation Account > My Booking
  • From the booking list, select a booking for see it in detail
  • User enable to cancel the booking if the booking status is Pending

  • Login the WordPress CMS with admin account
  • Select the menu Booking from the left menu
  • From the booking list, select a booking for see it in detail
  • Admin can change status to other like: Completed, Canceled or Failed … and also can change booking information too

2. Settings

Enable Bank Transfer

Check the setting from the WordPress CMS menu Listar > Settings > Payment > Bank Transfer and enable this option

Bank Transfer Enable
  • Enable/Disable: select the checkbox if you want to apply the Bank Transfer payment method on the mobile app
  • Title: It’s payment method name when user select from the payment method list
  • Description: payment method information
  • Instructions: the content will be added when send notification via the email
  • Account Details: list bank accounts that user can see for transfer when user is activated the payment step
